What should I do if my reward/incentive needs to be paid in a different currency?

The reward setup within the platform is always configured in GBP.

If participant payments need to be made in another currency:

• convert the reward value into the GBP equivalent before setting up the reward,
• and enter the converted amount under Units per Reward.

This applies to:

• the individual reward amount per participant,
• and the Total Units reward budget for the activity.

Example:
If participants should receive €5, the reward value must first be converted into GBP before being added to the reward setup.

Please ensure currency conversions are reviewed carefully before launching the brief, as the platform does not automatically convert reward currencies.
