Reward/incentive setup for my brief has been fully used. I need more responses — what should I do?

Each reward setup includes a Total Units allocation, which represents the total incentive budget available for the activity in GBP.

Once all Total Units have been fully used, the brief will automatically close, as there is no remaining reward budget available for additional participants.

If more responses are required after the incentive budget has been exhausted:

• go back to the existing reward setup,
• and increase the Total Units allocation.

Do not create a new, separate reward for the same activity.

It is recommended to add a small buffer to the Total Units allocation to account for additional participants who may complete the brief before it fully closes.

Example:

• Required responses: 50
• Incentive per completed response: £1
• Recommended Total Units allocation: £60

This allows up to 10 additional completed responses to still receive incentives before the reward budget is exhausted.

If multiple briefs are linked to the same reward:

• the incentive is only awarded once all required linked briefs have been completed,
• and the Total Units allocation is shared across all linked briefs.
