When do I need to add rewards/incentives to my brief?

Incentives must always be added before the brief goes live.

If incentives are added after the brief has already launched, users who have already submitted responses may not receive their rewards. In some cases, adding rewards after responses have been collected may be too late to process payments correctly.

To avoid this issue, always ensure rewards are fully set up before launching the brief.

If rewards were not added before launch, please submit a Support Request ticket. Our team will investigate and help ensure all eligible participants receive their rewards where possible.
