How do I access reports and analyse results?

You can analyse your brief results using: 

• Advanced Report
• Knowledge AI Project Analysis
• Excel and PowerPoint exports

1. Advanced Report

The Advanced Report allows you to explore and analyse responses in detail.

To access the Advanced Report:

1. Go to your Channel
2. Navigate to Briefs
3. Switch to Advanced View (recommended)
4. Find the brief you want to analyse
5. Click the three dots (⋯) next to the brief
6. Select Analytics
7. Click Advanced Report

What you can do in the Advanced Report:

• View responses in charts, graphs, percentages, and rankings
• Use AI-powered insights for video responses
• Apply segments and filters (such as demographics, tags, or time periods)
• Create crosstabs for deeper quantitative analysis
• Download data and assets including:
  • Excel reports
  • PowerPoint exports
  • Media files
  • Comments and responses

2. Knowledge AI Project Analysis

Knowledge AI Project Analysis helps you quickly understand insights across multiple briefs within a project.

To access Knowledge AI

1. Log in to my.bulbshare.com
2. Go to Knowledge AI.
3. Open the Project dropdown on the left.
4. Select the project you want to analyse.

What you can do with Knowledge AI:

• Get an AI-generated summary (executive summary, key themes, motivations, barriers, recommendations)
• Analyse multiple briefs together within one project
• Ask questions using the AI Assistant for deeper insights
• View project-level metrics (responses, channels, activity status)
• Manage projects and add/remove briefs for analysis

3. Excel Responses and PowerPoint Presentation Exports

You can export brief responses in:

• Excel format
• PowerPoint presentation format

Exports can be downloaded from:

• The Advanced Report 
  • The platform main feed using the three dots (⋯) next to the brief
