Data, Reporting & Results

You can analyse your brief results using Advanced Report, Knowledge AI Project Analysis, Excel exports, PowerPoint exports, and downloadable media files.

To access Advanced Report:

1. Go to your Channel.
2. Navigate to Briefs.
3. Switch to Advanced View.
4. Find the brief you want to analyse.
5. Select the three dots next to the brief.
6. Select Analytics.
7. Select Advanced Report.

Advanced Report allows you to view responses in charts, graphs, percentages and rankings, apply segments and filters, create crosstabs, review AI-powered insights for video responses, and download reports and media.

The Classic Dashboard and Advanced Dashboard are separate reporting applications with different capabilities.

The Advanced Dashboard provides additional analysis features, including:

• Segmentation
• Crosstabs
• Video Analysis
• Showreel creation

For a Classic Dashboard:

• Authentication required: The viewer must sign in with an authorised account.
• Password protected: The viewer may only need the report password and may not need an authorised organisation account. Anyone with the password may also be able to access other dashboards for projects launched within the same channel.

For an Advanced Dashboard, shared links require authentication. The viewer must sign in with an authorised account that has permission to access the relevant organisation or report.

Segments allow you to focus on a specific audience group, such as:

• Market or country
• Channel
• Age
• Gender
• Tags
• Response period

Once segments are applied, you can compare results across the selected groups in the Advanced Dashboard.

Segments are not saved automatically when you close the dashboard. However, you can save or share the full dashboard URL after applying segments. The URL stores the selected segment settings so they can be restored when the link is opened.

Crosstabs allow you to compare answers across supported questions, tags and demographic data.

Yes. PowerPoint exports are available from the reporting area, including Advanced Report and the main platform feed through the three-dot menu next to the brief.

For linked projects, results may be combined in the live dashboard. The PowerPoint export may show separate slides for each individual brief.

PowerPoint exports do not reflect segments applied in the dashboard.

Yes. Participant images and videos can be downloaded from the relevant brief or dashboard.

From the brief, select:

 three-dot menu next to the brief ⋯ > Download > Download all media

You can also download media from the dashboard by selecting:

Download session > Download all media

To download an individual video, open the video in the dashboard and select Download.

Auto-tag values are generated after the brief has received responses. If the brief is new or has not yet received responses, auto-tag values may not appear immediately. Allow time for responses to be collected and processed.

Knowledge AI is an AI-powered analysis tool that helps identify themes, trends and insights across responses collected in a brief or project.

It can analyse one or more related briefs grouped under the same project and provide an overview of key findings. To use Knowledge AI, you must create or select a project when creating your brief, even if the project contains only one brief.

You can also interact with the AI Assistant by asking questions about the selected project and its results to explore the findings in more detail.

Analysis may take some time to generate after responses have been collected and processed.

Video Analysis is an Advanced Dashboard feature that helps you review and analyse participant video responses. It can identify recurring themes, opinions and key insights across multiple videos.

You can view an analysis of all videos together in the Advanced Dashboard. You can also open an individual video to view its specific analysis and summary.

Video Analysis can be used to explore findings and select relevant clips for further review or Showreel creation.

A Showreel is a video compilation created from selected participant video responses.

Showreels can be created from videos featured under Key Themes in Video Analysis. You can select individual videos and combine them into one Showreel for review, presentation or sharing.
