Moderation Agent: AI-powered tool that flags low-quality, invalid, or AI-generated responses and improves data quality in real time.

EXPORT WITH AI MODERATION:

Steps:

1. Go to your Channel and open a Brief.
2. Click Download.
3. Select Export Responses.
4. Choose Export with Moderation.

What the Moderation Agent Does:

• Flags low-quality responses (invalid, irrelevant, or AI-generated)
• Highlights response quality in exports:
  • Green = high quality
  • Purple = invalid
  • Red = AI-generated
• Provides reasons and confidence scores for flagged responses
• Includes a Moderation Results tab with full details

AI MODERATION HELPER:

Steps:

1. Enable the AI Moderation Helper under each Open Text question where you want the agent applied

2. Uses the Question Objective to prompt for specific details (e.g. brands, preferences)
